Golden Standards
What makes Mustard Seed stand out from other organic grocers in Ohio is their rigorous list of “Golden Standards” that each item in their store must meet. To highlight these stringent ingredient standards I suggested we create hand lettered typographic illustrations for each standard that could be used as a set or individually. These playful illustrations help bring life to this important differentiating factor of their business and can be seen throughout the store.
Color Palette
I gave Mustard Seed a bright and colorful color palette inspired by fresh produce.
Store Signage
For the interior store signage we mixed the serif typeface from their logo with a modern sans serif font. The signage incorporates dark wood with pops of color from their palette and playful illustrations.
